Lauren started her fitness career over 7yrs ago and has trained some of Australia's most recognisable faces, from celebrities such as Simon Baker to high profile businessmen such as Harry M. Miller and many more.
Lauren began her career working with Master Trainer and ex Army Elite Physical Training Instructor Lee Campbell of Channel 9's Celebrity Overhaul series. She then went on to start CRONULLA BOOTCAMP as a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor.
